Our Safety framework is risk-based, focusing on the elimination of serious injuries by identifying the hazards that can result in serious incidents/accidents and safety protocols to target hazards or dangerous situations.

Mawarid empowers all employees to stop work if it’s not safe as per the Safety framework and protocols.

• Ensuring that the Health and Safety standards comply with National laws and regulations.
• Ensuring that all employees are aware of the Health and Safety policy, their roles and responsibilities.
• Providing leadership, resources and training to develop an industry best Health and Safety culture that is sustainable and continuously improving.

• Ensuring contractors are aware of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy adopting it as a minimum requirement, for safe work practice.
• Ensuring the Occupational Health and Safety Policy is available to all Stakeholders.
• Mawarid continuously reviews the effectiveness of the policy and ensure it remains appropriate to the company activities and operations.
• Mawarid continuously recognizes those who contribute towards improvement of the company›s Health and Safety performance.
